ID:169038 I/O bank <name> contains I/O pin <name> with Termination logic option setting <name>, so the I/O bank's VCCIO must be set to <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the Termination logic option to the specified I/O pin and assigned that I/O to the specified I/O bank. However, the VCCIO of the I/O bank is not compatible with the given termination setting. It must have the specified setting.

ACTION: Remove the location assignment on the I/O pin or change the Termination logic option.
