ID:169037 I/O bank <name> contains I/O pin <name> with Termination logic option setting <name>, but its OCT_RUP and OCT_RDN pins (<name> and <name>) have been used for another purpose

CAUSE: You assigned the Termination logic option to the specified I/O pin and assigned that I/O to the specified I/O bank. However, the OCT_RUP or OCT_RDN locations that are required by the pin with the Termination logic option already have regular I/O pins assigned to them.

ACTION: Remove the I/O pin from the pin locations of OCT_RUP and OCT_RDN so that you can place the pin with the Termination logic option.
