CAUSE: You turned on the Enable INIT_DONE output option to externally monitor when initialization is completed and the device is in user mode to be on. However, the INIT_DONE pin is not bonded in the target device.
ACTION: Disable CLKUSR pin for the target device. Go to the General tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and unchecked the Enable INIT_DONE output option.
