CAUSE: Quartus have detected incorrect I/O standard assignment to the specified pin. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin because the pin has assigned with incompatible I/O standard that could work for NSLEEP.
ACTION: Assign proper I/O standard applicable for nsleep pin usage.
