ID:169091 Can't place output or bidirectional pin <name> with I/O standard <name> at location <name> -- pin only supports input with this I/O standard

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O standard to the specified pin, but the I/O standard can only be used as input by the pin.

ACTION: Change the location assignment for the pin or change the I/O standard assignment for the pin.
