ID:169090 Can't place output or bidirectional pin <name> with I/O standard <name> in I/O bank <name> -- pin only supports input with this I/O standard

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O standard to the specified pin and then assigned the pin to the specified I/O bank. However, the specified I/O bank only supports the specified I/O standard for input.

ACTION: Change the location assignment for the specified pin or change the I/O standard assignment.
