CAUSE: You turned on the Enable fallback from internal configuration to external configuration device option, but this option should only be turn on when Configuration Mode is set to use Dual Internal Images (Remote).
ACTION: Disable fallback to external configuration device. Go to the Configuration tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and unchecked the Enable fallback from internal configuration to external configuration device.
