CAUSE: You turned on the Enable fallback from internal configuration to external configuration device option, but current package of the target device do not support this feature.
ACTION: Disable fallback to external configuration device. Go to the Configuration tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and unchecked the Enable fallback from internal configuration to external configuration device.
