CAUSE: The specified assignment is used when an SPI block is converted from a design using an SPI WYSIWYG. In Cyclone III devices there can only be one pin which uses the specified assignment.
ACTION: Remove the specified assignment from one of the specified pins. If there is an SPI WYSIWYG in the design then either remove it or remove the specified assignment from the pin which is not created from the SPI WYSIWYG.
