ID:169248 Cannot place True Differential output pin <name> with I/O standard <name> in pin location <name> of Bank <name> because the total number of single-ended output or bi-directional pins in the bank exceeded the recommended amount in a bank where dedicated LVDS, RSDS or mini-LVDS outputs exists. Refer to the pad placement and DC guidelines section in the <name> Device I/O Features chapter of the <name> Device Handbook for details on this condition.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin with the specified I/O standard and location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because the specified bank has too many single-ended outputs. Such a condition may result in excessive output jitter on the differential output(s) in a situation where all the single-ended outputs are switching simultaneously. Refer to the pad placement and DC guidelines section in the specified device I/O features chapter of the specified device handbook for details on this condition.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment, change the I/O standard assignment, or change the current strength assignment.
