ID:16127 Pin <name> with automatically assigned NSLEEP I/O Group value of <number> cannot be placed in I/O bank <name> because the bank already has <number> pin(s) with NSLEEP I/O Group placed

CAUSE: Quartus have added a NSLEEP I/O Group assignment to the specified pin and assigned the pin at the specified pin location. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because it has the specified number of pins with incompatible NSLEEP I/O Group ID.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment of pin with conflicting NSLEEP I/O Group assignment.
