ID:169257 Cannot place DQ or DQS pin <name> in pin location <name> (<name>) - switch coupling in the I/O module <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified DQS or DQS pin at the specified pin location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because it is too close to other I/O pin(s) in the specified I/O module.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment.
