ID:169252 Can't place pin <name> with I/O standard <name> in pin location <name> (<name>) -- no more than <number> pins are allowed in a I/O module where DQ or DQS pin(s) exist

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin at the specified pin location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because too many I/O pins are placed in the I/O module where a DQS or DQS pin(s) exist.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment.
