ID:14742 Can't place pin <name> in bank <name> with I/O standard <name> in pin location <name> (<name>) -- no more than <number>% of <name> pins are allowed in a I/O bank where DQ pin(s) exist. Please delete or change the location assignment of <name> pins from bank <name> and re-run the compilation again.

CAUSE: You've assigned the specified I/O pin at the specified pin location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because too many I/O pins are placed in the I/O bank where DQ pin(s) exist.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment.
