ID:169256 Cannot place pin <name> in pin location <name> (<name>) - switch coupling with the following DQ or DQS pins in the I/O module <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin at the specified pin location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the location because it is too close to DQS or DQS pin(s) in the specified I/O module.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment.
