ID:167093 The VCCEL settings on both the left and right sides of the device are mismatched

CAUSE: The VCCEL settings on both the left and right sides of the Stratix IV device are of a mixture of both 1.1V and 1.2V.

ACTION: Open the Voltage page by clicking Voltage under Operating Settings and Conditions in the Settings dialog box. Make sure that VCCEL_GXBL and VCCEL_GXBR are identical.
