ID:167057 Design uses <number> GXB Transmitter channel PCS blocks that must be placed on the same side of the device due to a common association with core PLL "<name>", but only <number> PCS channel locations are available on one side of this device

CAUSE: There are too many gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter channel PCS blocks associated with HSSI PLLs that require access to the same core PLL via PLL cascade lines. The access requires these channels to be placed on a common side of the device, but the number of channels exceeds the number of PCS channel locations available on one side of the selected device.

ACTION: Reduce the number of GXB transmitter channel PCS blocks in the design associated with the same core PLL or switch to a device that can support more GXB transmitter channel PCS blocks on one side.
