ID:167075 GXB Central Control Unit (CCU) "<name>" cannot be placed to location "<name>" because its side analog VCCEH setting <name> conflicts with the side wise power constraint "<name>" applied to the following atoms

CAUSE: The Central Control Unit's (CCU) VCCEH setting must match all other CCU's VCCEH settings placed on the side of the device.

ACTION: Change the VCCEH setting on the gigabit transceiver block (GXB) or remove or modify location assignments for the related pin or atom.
