ID:167073 Pin "<name>" cannot be placed to location "<name>" because the positive (or negative) pin is being placed to a negative (or positive) location on the device

CAUSE: A positive (or negative) pin must be placed to a corresponding positive (or negative) location on the device.

ACTION: Remove or modify location assignments for the related pin.
