CAUSE: The engineering sample device workaround for PCI-Express Gen2 X8 transceiver is applied to the production silicon device. The workaround consumes an extra GPLL and more global clocks.
ACTION: Regenerate the PCI-Express Gen2 X8 IP through the PCI-Express Compiler. Remove the INI that enables the workaround.
