CAUSE: You attempted to compile a design with PCI Express Hard IP blocks, but the total value of reported CSR and/or DPRIO parameters is illegal in PCI-Express Gen2 X8 mode for the targeted device.
ACTION: Modify the CSR and/or DPRIO parameters of the PCI-Express Gen2 X8 IP through the PCI-Express Compiler, and then try to compile the design again.
