ID:167007 <name> "<name>" is part of a channel that includes <name> atom "<name>", but the channel associated with <name> does not include a <name> block

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the first specified atom to the specified location because the associated channel for that location does not contain the type of block required by the second specified atom.

ACTION: Remove any location assignments that force the first specified atom into a channel that does not contain a block for the second specified atom.
