CAUSE: A gigabit transceiver block (GXB) Central Control Unit (CCU) is connected to more than one clock divider of the specified type on its quadreset output port. It cannot have more than one such connection.
ACTION: Reduce the number of connections from the GXB CCU on its quadreset output port to clock dividers of the specified type.
