CAUSE: The design has multiple gigabit transceiver block (GXB) instantiations that are trying to be combined to fit into the selected device. The error occurs when the Compiler finds that either the port connections or the parameter settings are inconsistent.
ACTION: Modify the design by changing the input ports and/or parameters on the GXB instantiations.
