ID:167074 Atom "<name>" of type "<name>" cannot be placed to location "<name>" because it is associated with a master (or slave) transceiver block that must be placed to a master (or slave) transceiver block location

CAUSE: The atom associated with a master or slave transceiver block must be placed to a master or slave transceiver block location.

ACTION: Remove or modify location assignments for the related pin or atom.
