ID:167082 Atom "<name>" of type "<name>" cannot be placed on location "<name>" because the location is associated with a transceiver block that is unbonded

CAUSE: The specified atom of the specified type cannot be placed on the specified location because the transceiver block for this location is not bonded.

ACTION: Remove or modify location assignments for the related pin or atom.
