ID:167006 The I/O standard "<name>" is not valid for <name> "<name>". Only pins connected to the GXB transceiver blocks can use this I/O standard.

CAUSE: The specified I/O standard is only for I/O pads connected to the gigabit transceiver blocks (GXB). The specified I/O pad is not connected to any GXB instantiations.

ACTION: You must change the I/O standard assignment on the I/O pad or connect the I/O pad to a GXB instantiation.
