ID:167005 Can't assign <name> "<name>" to <name> because this causes failure in the placement of the other atoms in its associated channel

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified atom to the specified location because this forces the other atoms to go to invalid locations.

ACTION: Remove the location assignment that forces the atoms to the invalid locations.
