ID:167078 GXB Central Control Units "<name>" and "<name>" cannot have the same starting channel number (<number>)

CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) central control units have the same starting channel number. This is illegal because they are fed by the same altgx_reconfig megafunction.

ACTION: Use the altgx megawizard to change the starting channel number for one of the specified GXB central control units.
