ID:167083 Atom "<name>" of type "<name>" associated with pin "<name>" cannot be placed to the central channel at location" <name>"

CAUSE: The specified atom of the specified type associated with the specified pin cannot be placed to the central channel at the specified location because the central channel in this transceiver block does not support PCS atoms.

ACTION: Remove or modify the location assignments for the related pin or atom.
