ID:14756 Pin <name> is connected to PHY clock buffer <name> but there is not routing path from I/O location <name> to PHY clock buffer location <name>.

CAUSE: Pin is driven by PHY clock buffer but there is no routing path exists from the pin location to the PHY clock buffer location.

ACTION: Modify the location assignment so that the location is legal.
