ID:165054 Although there are <number> x<number> DQ groups in the design and device, there are not enough DQ pins in the device to accommodate all of the DQ groups in the design

CAUSE: The amount of DQ groups in the device are insufficient to support all of the DQ groups required in the design.

ACTION: Choose a different device or modify the memory interface(s).
