CAUSE: The location that has been assigned to the I/O clock divider is not a legal location.
ACTION: Modify the location assignment so that the location is legal. A list of supported I/O clock divider locations is shown in the sub-messages below, if a DQS location assignment exists. If the DQS location assignment does not exist, than all available I/O clock divider locations are shown.
