CAUSE: The I/O standard on the DQ pin used with the QDR controller is not supported. If you have not made an I/O standard assignment, then the default I/O standard for the project is not supported.
ACTION: Modify the project by adding supported I/O standards to all pins used with the QDR controller. The supported list of I/O standards appears in a sub-message.
