CAUSE: The specified DSP block multiplier WYSIWYG primitive has accumulate port connected or connected to constant VCC, where accumulate feature only support for sp_mult_acc operation mode.
ACTION: Left the accumulate port un-connected if accumulate feature is not used or change the operation_mode to sp_mult_acc.
