CAUSE: You made a change to the SignalTap II File (.stp) that requires recompilation, and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, but you did not recompile your design. As a result, the Quartus Prime software cannot capture data on your current design. A compatibility checksum is calculated based on all configurations affecting the compilation result.
ACTION: If you want to apply the current analyzer settings to your design, recompile your design, and then run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. Otherwise, restore the analyzer settings to be compatible with the last compilation result.
