CAUSE: The specified PLL does not use the fbin port or FEEDBACK_SOURCE parameter. The fbin port must be used or the FEEDBACK_SOURCE parameter must be specified because the OPERATION_MODE parameter is set to EXTERNAL_FEEDBACK. This error usually occurs when you instantiate a megafunction directly in a text file rather than using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .
ACTION: Locate the source of the message to determine which megafunction parameter is causing the error, and either add the fbin port and specify the FEEDBACK_SOURCE parameter or set the OPERATION_MODE parameter to a value other than EXTERNAL_FEEDBACK. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager command to specify legal ports and parameter values for megafunctions.
