ID:14552 Multiple Partial Reconfiguration LogicLock regions occupy the <name> region originating at (<number>, <number>). The combination of these regions uses <number> global signals, but only <number> are available.

CAUSE: Your floorplan has more than one partial reconfiguration LogicLock region in a clocking region, and the clocking needs of these LogicLock regions exceeds the clocking region capacity.

ACTION: Reduce the clocking needs of the LogicLock regions. Alternatively, modify your floorplan to ensure that the clocking region is not shared.
