CAUSE: You are using an in-system debug feature such as SignalTap II. A debug instance attempted to create a dynamic pin with an illegal name. The pin name should be a simple identifier without any hierarchy path.
ACTION: View the debug instance in the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer and check for any mistakes. If you entered an external trigger condition manually, use the Node Finder to locate the design node that provides the trigger. Otherwise, the debug instance will attempt to create a dynamic pin name with the name you specified.
