CAUSE: You are using an in-system debug feature such as SignalTap II. The specified debug instance requires a connection to or from the specified pin. However, the pin does not have the mode expected by the debug instance.
ACTION: View the debug instance in the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer and check for any mistakes. If you manually entered an external trigger condition, add the trigger with the Node Finder instead.
