CAUSE: Partition Merge cannot resolve the specified partition due to the missing database file \"%1!s!\".
ACTION: Perform Analysis & Synthesis again to regenerate the missing database file. To avoid getting this error in the future, do not remove files in the database directory and always include the database directory when moving, copying, or archiving a design. You will also get this error if you perform Partition Merge without performing Analysis & Synthesis after setting the netlist type of any partition to Empty. To avoid getting this error in the future, always perform Analysis & Synthesis to generate a special black box netlist for empty partitions after setting the netlist type of any partition to Empty.
