CAUSE: The specified illegal node is driven by constant inputs that cannot be optimized through a partition boundary. This may be the cause of the illegalities reported in earlier error messages.
ACTION: To avoid constants driving the partition boundary, modify the specified partition assignment. Adding an HDL wrapper and setting the partition assignment on the wrapper level to absorb the constant might avoid the illegal netlist structure.
