CAUSE: You attempted to open the specified revision of the specified project, but the Quartus Prime software cannot find the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the specified revision. The Quartus Prime software cannot open a project revision unless a QSF exists for the revision.
ACTION: Either specify an existing revision or create a new revision. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the Quartus Prime software dialog boxes, wizards, and Tcl commands to modify settings, rather than editing the QSF and Quartus Prime Project File (.qpf) manually.
