CAUSE: You added an assignment to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but the specified value for the specified assignment is illegal. The Quartus Prime software removes the specified assignment when it updates the QSF. The Quartus Prime software updates the QSF when you close the project, when you save the project, when you update the current revision, or when you start a process, such as compilation.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to process the assignment, change the specified illegal assignment value for the specified assignment to a legal assignment value.
