Perform Physical Synthesis for Combinational Logic for Fitting logic option

A logic option that directs the Fitter to perform physical synthesis optimizations on combinational logic during fitting to achieve a fit. Turning this option on enables combinational algorithms to reduce resource utilization, such as duplicate detection and removal, and combinational resynthesis.

This option is available for supported device(Arriaseries, CycloneIII, CycloneIV, StratixIII, StratixIV, and StratixV) families.
