PowerPlay power optimization logic option (Advanced Settings)

A logic option that controls the power-driven compilation setting of the Fitter, and determines how aggressively the design is optimized for power.

This option is available for supported device(Arriaseries, CycloneIV, MAXII, MAXV, StratixIV, and StratixV) families.
