Specifies the license file, license file (license.dat), in the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software. You can browse to locate the license.dat file. You can also specify the location of the license file by typing a name in the format <port>@<host> instead of a license file path name, where <host> is the name of the machine running the license server and <port> is the port listed in the license.dat file. If there is no port listed in the license.dat file, you can specify @<host>.
