Signal names

Directs the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software to run the selected design entry/synthesis tool in command-line mode. The Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software uses a .tcl to synthesize the design in the EDA design entry/synthesis tool and generate an .edf or .vqm for the design. The Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software then compiles the .edf or .vqm.
