Disable detection of setup and hold violations in input registers of bi-directional pins

Directs the EDA Netlist Writer to disable detection of setup and hold time violations for input registers of bi-directional pins. You might want to use this option when your design contains a bidirectional pin with both input and output register, and the input register captures data sent from the output register, so there would be no need to report a setup or hold violation on the input register.
