Pin Placement Page (Device and Pin Options Dialog Box)

You open this page by clicking Assignments > Device > Device and Pin Options > Pin Placement.

Allows you to specify voltage overdrive for LVTTL/LVCMOS input pins and electromigration settings for the currently selected device.
